Operation Principle:
Discover our advanced machine designed for water-based density separation. The HDS-S includes a separation chamber, a discharge conveyor for lightweight materials, and a screw conveyor for heavy materials. Central to its operation is a continuously adjustable propeller housed within the separation chamber, allowing precise control of flow velocity for different materials.
The propeller generates an upflow within the chamber, guiding lightweight materials towards the discharge conveyor. Meanwhile, heavier materials settle at the bottom of the chamber and are efficiently transported by the screw conveyor, capable of handling pieces up to 150 mm in size. This screw conveyor is robust and ensures reliable conveyance of heavy materials.
Our technology enables the adjustment of flow velocity, facilitating the separation of materials with densities greater than 1g/cm³ into the lightweight fraction. Whether you’re processing aggregates, minerals, or recyclables, our machine delivers efficient and customizable density separation solutions.
