HCU Series – Compact Hydro Cyclone Units for Fine Sand Recovery
The HCU series is a compact, modular processing system designed for the efficient recovery of fine sand from process water. Each unit combines a hydro cyclone, pump, and dewatering screen in a pre-assembled steel frame, making it ideal for sand and gravel operations, sludge treatment, and recycling processes.
With three available capacity levels (100, 200, and 300 m³/h), the HCU series offers a flexible solution for separating fine solids down to approximately 63 µm.

They are designed for targeted separation of fine particles (0–1 mm) from water-solid mixtures, enabling the recovery of valuable material and reducing disposal requirements.

Internal Water Recirculation
Depending on the water level in the screen trough, the overflow is either returned to the screen for reprocessing or discharged to a lamella separator or settling tank.
