- Continuous-Roller Conveyor-Steel Plant up to
16,000 mm x 580mm [LxWxH)
Cutting to size
- Plate snear for cutting lengtns up to 4,000mm with a material thickness up to 12mm
- CNC-controlled flame cutting machine for plates up to 12,000mm x 3,000mm [LxW)
- 5kW laser cutting machine for sheet metal up to 12,000mm x 3,000 [LxW) and thicknesses up to
20mm (mild steel) and 15mm (stainless steel)
Drilling and shaping
- CNC-controlled press brake with 400t pressure on a length of 5,000mm
- CNC-controlled drilling-sawing line for t>eams up to
HEM 600 with length up to 16,000mm - Plate drilling line for large sized metal sheets 9,000mm x 3,000mm [LxW).
- Drilling-sawing-welding line for sectional steel 12,000mm x 200mm x 200mm [LxWxH)
Welding
- MIG/MAG and E-welding processes (EN 1090-2)
- Welding robot
Assembly

- Two painting halls with the latest extraction technology and heat recovery, each with a capacity of 120m³
