Density Separator HDS-SV: Advancing Density Separation Technology
Building on the successful upflow principle of the HDS series, the HDS-SV Density Separator offers a significant advancement over the HDS-S model. It features enhanced capabilities for washing the heavy fraction.
Operating Principle:
Our Density Separator HDS-SV features a separation chamber, a dewatering screen for lightweight materials, and a screw conveyor for heavy materials. The core component is the continuously adjustable propeller within the separation chamber, which allows for precise adjustment of flow velocity to accommodate various material densities.
The adjustable propeller generates an upflow within the separation chamber, directing lightweight materials to the discharge unit. Heavy materials, on the other hand, settle at the bottom and are efficiently removed via the screw conveyer
